Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and CRAFT DIGITAL, operating as TextTrace. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using TextTrace, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

TextTrace provides browser-based tools that inspect text and supported files for selected provenance signals, invisible characters, Unicode anomalies, and formatting issues. Results are informational. They do not prove authorship, AI use, intent, ownership, or the absence of an unsupported provenance system.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use TextTrace for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid features, billing period, currency, applicable taxes, and the total price are shown before payment. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment partner displayed at checkout; TextTrace does not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.

• A recurring subscription renews at the frequency shown at checkout until it is cancelled.
• You authorize the payment provider to collect each amount due using your selected payment method and any applicable recurring-payment mandate.
• If a payment fails, paid access may be limited or suspended until payment is completed.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring plan before the next renewal from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TextTrace a limited permission to transmit, process, and temporarily hold that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. Submit content only when you have the right and authority to process it.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, confidential, or regulated material unless you are authorized to process it.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not evade usage limits or use TextTrace to bypass provenance, safety, or platform safeguards.
• Do not present a TextTrace result as definitive proof of authorship or misconduct.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes that reduce a paid service will be communicated when reasonably practicable.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing results and keeping independent copies of your content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextTrace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or dispute rights. Questions may be sent to business@craftdigital.co.in.
