Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital service only

TextTrace sells access to a web-based software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so shipping fees, courier tracking, and physical delivery timelines do not apply.

How access is delivered

After a successful payment confirmation, Pro features are activated on the TextTrace account used at checkout. Delivery is electronic through the website; no separate download is required.

Delivery timeline

Access is usually enabled immediately and should be available within 30 minutes of confirmed payment. A transaction receipt or payment confirmation may also be sent electronically by the payment provider.

If access is delayed

• Sign out and sign back in using the same email address used for purchase.
• Check whether the payment is marked successful rather than pending or failed.
• If access is still unavailable after 30 minutes, contact business@craftdigital.co.in with your account email and payment reference. Do not share full payment credentials.

Service location

TextTrace is delivered online wherever the website and its payment methods are lawfully available. You are responsible for a compatible device, browser, and internet connection.
